This brand revitalisation work not only rescued this small Australian brand from deletion in a tough and declining FMCG category, as a result of the success of this work the client who was the distributor ended up buying the brand. In the first 12 months the brand experienced 50% increase in sales with increased shelf space within major FMCG grocery retailers.The global parent company Unistraw then took the new Australian brand strategy, positioning and new brand packaging design work and used it as the new benchmark for the company globally.
And we won an award! This brand revitalisation work was recognised with The Australian Marketing Institute Awards for Marketing Excellence. This work won both State and National Awards for Brand Revitalisation beating some of the largest companies in Australia.
From Startup to Market Leading Brand
Working directly with the Founder and leadership team from inception I creatively directed, art directed and was the lead senior designer for the brand for more than 6 years. In 2014 as a direct result of centre growth and expansion I revitalised the brand building an even stronger platform for growth. I designed and developed multilingual integrated advertising and direct marketing campaigns and marketing materials for the school calendar year requiring rollout across both digital and traditional media touch-points. I was responsible for all centre environmental graphics and internal communications.

Tetley Green Tea Launch
I creatively directed and led my team to win this key account from a large incumbent Melbourne based agency, developing a campaign that delivered on Tetley’s core strategic objectives right through the line from TV to packaging and in-store activation.

Latina Fresh Online On-Pack Cookbook Campaign
This on pack promotion was the first of its kind for Latina Fresh. I was the Creative Director on this campaign overseeing and responsible for final campaign execution. This includes food photography and styling, on pack promotional packaging design, digital website design and the downloadable cookbook.

This is another brand that was threatened with deletion from major retailers before a complete brand repositioning and revitalisation project was completed which not only saved it from deletion but re-launched the brand to an entirely new demographic with sales exploding as a direct result of the rebrand.

This was a 12 month project that provided Don/KRC with a full suite of Trade Marketing sales tools and product catalogues of the entire product portfolio.
